How to start using Neema?

First, download the app from the Google play or App Store and create an account. The next step is to deposit money into your account. Once you have money in your Neema account, you will be able to enjoy all the financial services we have to offer.

How to deposit money in my Neema account?

Once you created your Neema account, you need to deposit money into it. This can be done from anywhere in Israel! We offer several deposit locations, find them here. You can visit the Neema branch, contact an agent or go to any Bank Leumi. You can also find the nearest deposit locations by clicking ‘Deposit’ on the app.

How can I send money?

In order to send money, you will need to deposit money into your Neema account. Find how to deposit money here. Once you deposit money, you can send it from wherever you are, you only need to click on ‘send’ inside the app and enter the receiver’s information.

How does my family receive the money?

You can send money to most major banks and to thousands of cash pick up locations throughout the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal and India. When sending money with Neema, you decide how much you want to send and how would you like your family to receive it.

Why should I use Neema?

Neema provides you with an international MasterCard, cell phone plan and remittance all in one place. Neema is everything you need in one app. Once you have money in your Neema account, you can send 24/7 from your smartphone and top up your MasterCard for free. How can I trust Neema?

Neema is fully licensed and registered with the Israeli Financial Authority with license number 75172. That means your money is 100% secure and fully insured.

What are the Neema packages?

We have 2 packages: Neema Basic and Neema Triple. Neema Triple is the full package which includes a cell phone plan, international MasterCard and remittance services for a fixed price ($3 for every transfer). You can check all the details regarding our packages here.

How much does Neema cost?

When joining Neema, you will select a membership package. Neema Basic is $30/year and Neema Triple is $15/month. You can check all the details regarding the packages here.

How can I change the package?

You can change your plan and payment anytime by clicking “My Package” in the main menu of the app.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes, you can use transfer your phone number to your new SIM card and keep your current number.

What is the cell phone plan?

The Neema cell phone plan includes 5GB data, unlimited calls and text. There’s no need to recharge your SIM, this comes every month with your Neema Triple package.

I sent money, now what happens?

You will receive 3 different confirmation messages that will assure you that the money is on its way.
1. You will receive a notification by SMS to let you know that the payment has been sent.
2. You will receive a second notification when the transfer arrives at its destination.
3. Finally, you will receive a notification when the money has been picked up by the recipient.

How long does it take for the money to arrive?

The money should arrive at cash pickup locations in 15 minutes and to bank accounts within 24 hours. Arrival time to bank accounts will vary based on bank. Please note that funds may be delayed or services unavailable based on certain transaction conditions, differences in time zones, holidays or other reasons. What currencies do you support?

Currently, we support the New Israeli Shekel (ILS), Philippine Peso (PHP), Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR), Indian Rupee (INR), Nepalese Rupee (NPR)  and the United States Dollar (USD).

What countries do you support?

Currently, you can send money from Israel to the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

Can I cancel a transaction?

Yes, you can call us 03-5174404 and we’ll cancel your transaction if the money has not yet reached the recipient.
